Nyayshastram's 3rd National Moot Court Competition 2022 [Deadlines Extended!]

ABOUT THE ORGANISERS

Nyayshastram is a student-run organisation under the Chairmanship of Mr Ratan K. Singh, Senior Advocate & Arbitrator, Supreme Court of India along with the aid and advice from eminent Lawyers and Academicians across the nation. The initiative is aimed to foster legal research, writing and presentation by providing a platform to encourage e-learning through various competitions and events utilising the virtual platforms.


ELIGIBILITY

  • Law students currently attending 3 years/5 years law courses from a BCI recognised law college/institution can participate.

  • There is no cap on the number of teams participating from a single institution, however, there shall NOT be more than 32 participating teams. Registration shall be provided on a first-come basis.

  • Participants must submit a valid Student ID provided by their institutions or written communication of their bona fide affiliation with the institution/college.

MODE

Online via Google Meet or ZOOM


TEAM COMPOSITION

Minimum 2 member team and Maximum 3 member team comprising of two speakers and two speakers and a researcher respectively.


REGISTRATION

There shall be a registration fee of INR 2000 per team for taking part in the competition. The same would be payable through transferring the amount to the bank account or through UPI.
